Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs refunds and cancellations for paid plans and pay-per-job packs on Sunwa.AI. By subscribing or making a payment, you agree to the terms below.
1. Nature of the service
Sunwa.AI is a digital software subscription delivered instantly online. Every paid feature has a genuinely useful free tier, so you can try the product thoroughly before you pay. Because access and compute are provided immediately on payment, refunds are limited as set out below.
2. Monthly & annual subscriptions
You can cancel any subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. On cancellation:
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We do not charge you again after you cancel.
- We do not provide a refund for the current paid period, because the service was available to you throughout it.
3. Pay-per-job packs
Packs (e.g. a single draft, notice reply, agreement or case-file analysis) are one-time digital deliverables generated on demand. Once a pack has been generated and delivered, it is not refundable. If a pack fails to generate due to a technical fault on our side and we cannot resolve it, we will refund that pack in full.
4. Billing errors & duplicate charges
If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge in full.
5. Free tools are always free
The free citizen and public tools — Nyay Saathi, law lookup, IPC↔BNS conversion, CNR case status, and the student Law Library's free tier — are free forever and involve no payment, so nothing here applies to them.
6. How to cancel or request a refund
Cancel from Settings in the app, or email us at chirag.malhotra90@gmail.com with your account email and payment reference. We respond within 5 business days and process any approved refund within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue. Raising a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of the account while we investigate.
